A Nostradamus in America!

I hadn't heard about this man before, but I find it so amazing. A prophet here in America, our own Nostradamus. What I like the most is the way he drew all the images he saw and the little clues he gave. Now my question is, what do the numbers 20, 12 mean? this year? an hour? amounts of something?
